Body Blue Surf Performance Training is a program specifically designed to improve fitness levels and performance of surfers, windsurfers, kitesurfers and snowboarders while learning how to prevent injury.
This has been developed using the finest tools from several different disciplines and training methods: Yoga, Pilates, Weightlifting, Functional Fitness, Cross Training, Athletics and Swimming, combined with the latest science-backed data and studies.
